About the Opportunity
Support the Qatar localization and enterprise readiness of an AI-enabled recruitment platform. This is not a translation-only role: it connects Arabic language quality, right-to-left user experience, AI-output evaluation, local employment context, terminology governance, and product acceptance.
Some opportunities are being developed in advance of project or contract requirements. Submission of an expression of interest does not constitute an offer of employment.
What You Will Do
- Review Arabic and English interface text, candidate and employer workflows, notifications, and help content
- Evaluate Arabic AI outputs for accuracy, tone, context, consistency, unsupported claims, and harmful ambiguity
- Build and maintain approved terminology, style, glossary, and product-language guidance
- Identify right-to-left layout, date, number, name, form, and usability issues and document expected corrections
- Support Qatar-specific product scenarios, enterprise acceptance reviews, and structured user feedback
- Record language and product-quality findings in a traceable review workflow and verify corrections
What We Are Looking For
- A bilingual product thinker who understands meaning, user intent, and cultural context—not literal translation alone
- A precise reviewer who can identify language, workflow, and AI-quality risks and recommend practical corrections
- A collaborative owner who works effectively with product, technical, commercial, and local-market stakeholders
- A trusted professional who handles unpublished product information and feedback responsibly
Essential Requirements
- Native or near-native Arabic and professional English writing capability
- At least two years of localization, Arabic digital content, product quality, UX writing, AI evaluation, or related experience
- Demonstrated ability to review Arabic user interfaces and distinguish linguistic, cultural, functional, and usability defects
- Strong documentation skills using spreadsheets, issue trackers, content-management tools, or structured review systems
- Understanding of confidentiality, data sensitivity, and responsible evaluation of AI-generated content
- Ability to work in Doha and participate in structured product-review sessions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with recruitment, HR technology, enterprise software, or Qatar employment-market workflows
- Exposure to Figma, localization platforms, CMS tools, Jira, GitHub Issues, or structured AI evaluation
- Understanding of right-to-left design and Arabic terminology governance
- Experience supporting product pilots, user acceptance testing, or enterprise localization
How We Evaluate Candidates
Cygnus uses a structured, competency-based selection process. We consider qualifications and relevant experience alongside demonstrated technical capability, analytical judgment, emotional intelligence, ownership, teamwork, learning agility, communication, and performance in a role-relevant assessment.
- Bilingual writing and localization sample review
- A practical Arabic interface and AI-output evaluation exercise
- A structured interview assessing product judgment, cultural context, ownership, and cross-functional teamwork
- Verification of relevant experience and references before final engagement
Employment or Project Information
Engagement details depend on confirmed business requirements, applicable law, work authorization, customer requirements, and final written terms. Some roles supporting government contracts may be contingent upon contract award or customer approval.
Evidence to Include
- A sanitized Arabic localization, UX-writing, content-quality, or product-review sample
- Examples of Arabic digital products, workflows, or AI outputs personally reviewed
- A clear explanation of how terminology decisions and quality issues were documented
- Relevant language, localization, product, or technology qualifications, where applicable
